Parkour was in every single one of us as a kid; jumping off swings, climbing trees, and hopping over cracks in the sidewalk. Parkour is a great way for youth to focus their energy into fun and functional movements. Training with us is fun and feels more like playing than exercising. Because of this, your kids will keep coming back for more, moving their body in challenging new ways, and gaining valuable strength and mobility needed to live a safe and healthy life. WHAT AGE GROUPS ARE THERE?
Our Summer camps are perfect for elementary school (age 5 is our minimum), middle school and high school aged kids up to 17.
Camps are split into smaller groups at the beginning of each week depending on age and ability to ensure everyone is challenged appropriately.
WHAT SKILL LEVEL DO I NEED?
All skill levels are welcome! We also offer intermediate/advanced camps for higher level participants. See below:
– All Levels (Beginner through Advanced) Campers of all skill levels are welcome.
– Tree Band+ Camp (must have tree band or above or attend teen level 2) These camps are for more experienced practitioners.

$500 / week for full-day camps

Start of camp
0:05 – 0:15 – Warm up
0:15 – 1:30 – Skill development
1:30 – 2:00 – Snack/movie time (Parkour highlight reels and video tutorials)
2:00 – 2:20 – Warm up/Skill development
2:20 – 2:50 – Parkour related games
2:50 – 2:55 – Cool down/discussion
2:55 – 3:00 – Check out
