Adult/Teen Level 1 Parkour

Level 1 is designed to further introduce foundational parkour techniques like vaults, wall runs, underbars, cat leaps, climb ups, and many more. Students will also start integrating these foundational techniques into combos, drills, and games, all while improving fitness and having fun.

Prerequisites: Completion of all 4 classes (A, B, C, and D) of the Intro to Parkour Program
